GO PACK GO! Super Bowl XLV Champions!
I'm a little over-excited tonight about the Packers' victory, so I just want to share one thought, courtesy of the great Vince Lombardi:
"People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defenses, or the problems of modern society."
Look around, and I'll bet you can find examples of that every day. That Lombardi was one smart guy.
Hey - I wanted to share a photo with you earlier in the week, but could not find it. Mike McCarthy's sister, Colleen, was my basketball coach in 5th and 6th grade. We had our end of year party/celebration at Joe McCarthy's Bar (Joe being their dad) one year, and Mike was there (he would have been about 22 at the time). My parents and my sister went to the same HS as Mike as well.
So, yeah, we're disappointed in Pittsburgh, but happy for the McCarthys.
